Last night I took myself off to Tjing Tjing’s monthly ‘Together Market’, celebrating Cape Town’s up and coming creatives by providing a platform to showcase their wares.

There were a fantastic bunch of guys and gals exhibiting photography, illustrations, prints, stationary and even furniture.

I’m besotted with these beautiful lights, clock and side tables by Woltemade.

My favourite find of the evening were the guys at BLANK {space}.

They describe themselves as

A quirky gallery shop with a sense of humour, selling limited edition prints, letterpress cards, stationary and other collectables – stuff to fill those blank spaces on your walls and maybe, even, in your life…

I bought this very cute letterpress card from them and hope to pop into their gallery sometime. They are open Tues-Fri 1-6pm and Sat 10am-1pm at 71 Roeland Street.

Tjing Tjing is above one of my favourite little eateries, Dear Me with one of my favourite chefs, Vanessa Marx, who was out in full force selling her bakes and treats having been in the kitchen since 6am!

I left with a meringue, cinnamon bun and two passion fruit cupcakes, win.
